    Filter Knowledge Articles in Self Service

      Hi all,


      I will like to know if it is possible to filter knowledge articles in the Self Service portal based on the Org Unit of the customer. I have created a relationship between FRS_Knowledge and Org Unit and added this to the form. When I link Org Units to an article, only users belonging to those org units should see the article.


      I tried to use the Roles Permissions in order to filter the articles in Self Service. However, i can only see the relationship between knowledge and the owner of the article as shown below:


      I cannot see the relationship which i created.


      Has anyone implemented this or something similar before?
