Greetings! The company I work for is currently switching out its IT ticketing system with HEAT. We have an external portal already in use that is used to submit trouble tickets. I'm trying to get that to work with HEAT, but I'm stuck on a few things. I was able to use the API to authenticate users and display "incident" history, but I need to be able to have users submit a new ticket directly from the portal page, and display information about selected tickets. I don't see APIs for this, so I assume I have to create Webservices to do this? I've tried to implement a new incoming Webservice, but I'm having a hard time getting an incoming Webservice connections to function.
Any input on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
