I'm using the out-of-the-box "Create Knowledge" qa from Incident:
It works fine, it creates the article in the background and links it to the Incident. What I would like however is after it was clicked, for it to also open the newly created article in the Knowledge workspace so the Analyst can make edits. I have a feeling it'll be some kind of web UI command I need, however I'm not quite sure how to string it together. Any help?
