Yes, it is allowed.
There's a how-to under the kb number 24242.
You just search the forums for the number.
I feel your pain though, I'm still trying to figure my way around these forums, they feel awfully confusing sometimes.
When you search for an article number, the number won't appear in the results as it's only in the keywords section so it can be hard to know if you found what you're looking for.
