Occasionally, our users report that they receive an error "UserInterfaceException - List 'Related Incidents' processing error" although they are not actively working within HEAT.
It seems that this error occurs from time to time if a dashboard is refreshed. In the log I found the following entry:
List 'Related Incidents' processing error. Transaction (Process ID 66) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
Any ideas what could cause this problem and how to fix it?
