We started receiving errors trying to access HEAT Survey a couple of weeks ago. We can login to the survey admin tool but after login we get the page not found error. Customers who receive the survey get a page not found error when trying to access the link.
I submitted an incident with Ivanti and the resolution involved changing the .NET Framework version from 2.0 to 4.0 in the DefaultAppPool, ran an iisreset then changed it back to v2.0 and ran iisreset again. This resolved the issue, for about a week.
The same issue returned, after trying what resolved the issue previously without success I submitted another incident to Ivanti and have since been told that Survey will not run on a 64 bit OS. We have been running Survey successfully and without any errors, until now, since 2013 on a 64 bit OS.
I have tried running a survey repair, tried running a .net repair and tried creating a new AppPool, all without success.
