I have the following requirement:A user starts an workflow with general details. After that about 5 departments need to insert different informations to complete the SR.
Does someone has an idea how to sent the single departments an email or task or whatever to simply collect the data and bring it together in one SR.
Actually I have one big SR with all data, but this is very confusing the single departments.
I hope someone can give me some ideas.
