request offering for onboarding staff - custom service request form from form offering
The one I created my boss considers ugly. I thought that if I could make a Service Request Form and
have it somehow come up in the Service catalog that might work.
How have others done this?
Does anyone have suggestions?
We want it inside HEAT so a ticket doesn't have to be logged.
after some thought I wonder if I can use either a Service Request form developed for the purpose or
a new BO for this purpose so ...
I found something in help that says it can be done but not how.
At present Service Request is not showing in the Select a Business Object field.
Has anyone done this can someone tell me how this is done ?
Or should I create child object
