    Duplicate Incidents due to multiple Email Listeners


      Has anyone run into this in their environment? We have about 4 email listeners for our business partners, they work in the same division and get similar requests but each team works different  types of request. 


      Essentially, if a customer is unsure of who to contact they will send the request to more than one of the listeners. The problem is HEAT will create an Incident for each email to come in.


      How have you guys handled this?
