Not that I am aware of, the only thing I can think of is a quick action which updates a field on the users profile which you can then reference in many filters using the $CurrentUserField() functions. Messy depending on how many times the user is going to update the filter values.

With the addition of our Xtraction tool this would be a possibility; Xtraction is an external facing dashboard which was acquired through the LANDesk merge. Xtraction does have this filter capability and there is already a connection created to Heat/Ivanti Service Management. Contact your sales representative for more information.
