    Catching the cancellation of a service request

      Does anybody know a way how I could "catch" the cancellation of a service request (by a self service user) within the associated workflow in order to be able to do some "cleanup" tasks?

       

      I have some "Wait" blocks in my service request workflow with a waiting condition "Status = Cancelled" (besides a Timeout field). I hoped that this way the default exit port "ok" is used if the service request is cancelled but this is not true.
