    An item with the same key has already been added.


      Hi there everyone!


      We have a very strange issue. 

      We have created a SR for new users. This works perfectly fine for most people. But just a few people receive an error where they see the following :

      As said, this is only with a few people. As most work perfectly. 

      This also happens only after they try to finish the request by submitting the basket.


      Now I have "rebuilt" the same request a few times, yet it keeps happening. 


      Is it possible to remove the whole basket part?

      Or maybe someone knows where to look. It's mostly about the "An item with the same key has already been added."

      As all fields were filled in completely.
