    Knowledge query showing too many results




      When logging a new incident the "Knowledge Results Found" pop up appears in the bottom right hand corner. The search results are showing entries from all sections whereas our requirement is to just show KB articles.

      I have read the KnowledgeManagement.pdf from the documentation help centre and can see the steps to specify the searchable business objects however when I navigate to the business object in object designer I am unable to change the drop down in the Knowledge Management/Is Knowledgeable field. I can expand the drop down but when selecting false nothing happens.


      Has anyone else experienced this?
