Our Helpdesk personnel and Analysts are using reports in both the Console Servicedesk and Servicedesk Portal and I have found that the Incident.rpt is showing Logged Date incorrectly. We want to see the date and time of when the Incident was first created. The field it's currently using is pm_creation_date. The date is correct however the time is off, it almost looks like a Time Zone issue. Our Time Zone is EST. I'm new to Crystal Reports so I really have no idea what to look for. Can someone please offer any advice.
