Does it only happen when you try to build this package or any package?
I would check the \\coreserver\ldlogon\pmscripts directory to ensure that there is a .js file for each of the file rules, applications and desktop settings you have selected in your template. The only time I've seen messages of this nature is when a file is missing.
I had same problem on a customer with LDMS8.8 SP3 , after checking all files involved in PMigration i resolved it removing Enhanced Security for Internet Explorer in Control Panel | add remove programs | windows components.
