Our LDMS 8.8 (no patches or service packs applied) Imaging is working fine on nearly all our workstations, which are all HP and include mostly DX2000mt and DC5800.
Although I have recently purchased several DX2200mt (which the only difference being, they have no floppy disk drive) which experience one of the following problems depending on which OSD method is chosen:-
1. If the WinPE Menu is selected, then the following error is displayed:-
NTLDR is corrupt. The system cannot boot.
2. If the LANDesk DOS Menu is selected, an option can then be selected from the LANDesk Boot Menu, upon when chosen the following message is displayed:-
Waiting for command...
Although when either of the above OSD methods are performed upon a DX2000mt, the OSD method is succesful and completes without any problems.
Any help on this problem would be most appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
