We were upgraded to v8.8 a couple of months ago and I have been making more use of the portal to allow remote IT staff to install software via the Software Deployment Portal, however we have recently discovered that sometimes the portal page comes up completely blank. This appears to be location specific as although most of our offices are working fine, so far we have discovered that there are two offices where it doesn't. It's just a blank page with no text in the title bar.
I'm not sure of the process that's used behind the scenes so I have very little information with which to start diagnosing the issue.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
