We're a pretty new user to the Enteo application (version 6.02.000.2663), and we're experiencing some teething pains. One of which is our Patch Management sync/download issue.
For some reason, the Enteo server cannot connect to the Microsoft Update website ( http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=74689 ) through eMMc. When I attempt to browse to that link through Internet Explorer on the Enteo server, it connects just fine. I've attached a screen shot showing the error I'm receiving in eMMc (#12002), but with an IE window open showing that I can download the .CAB file if I browse to the link in IE.
