Does anyone know how to get the Enteo inventory scan to update. I have numerous clients that have not performed an inventory scan in several weeks. I have tried restarting the Enteo services and redeploying the client but no luck. We currently have the inventory scan scheduled to update on a weekly basis.

make a test on your client who didn't scan. Klick "Start" --> "Run" and execute the command "ivclient /force". Then the inventory should scan you machine (complete Inventory). If not, you should find the errors in the logfiles. Set the logfile level before to debug.
