    Formating of inbound emails not being preserved.

      When an end user emails the service desk the formating (eg. line breaks) of their email is not being preserved.


      In the call details window the line breaks are represented by boxes and on the reply email to them the details are just a continuous line of text.  Not great especially if the sender has a signature block.


      Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this?
