I don't think you're going to like this answer much...
At present, there is no definitive list of tables. This is because each instance of a ServiceDesk database has a different set depending on which modules they're using and what custom data they wish to capture.
What is it in particular you were interested in knowing, I'm sure some of us could help you out with that.

There is a Database Dictionary or Schema at the following location:
or query the database for the tables (which would include user created objects):
select name from sysobjects where xtype = 'u' order by name

Thank you, I had seen the wrong table, so, the original request was this:
"I had not seen that but if you notice the Environment, these tables are for the Classic Helpdesk. That is an older version, so those tables are no longer used. They are still in the current database but are not used for the Servicedesk transactions, there is a whole set of new tables used currently. If you find one of these "lists for the envioronment "Servicedesk version 7.2.x" or ITBM, let me know."
