    Switch from Call to Incident/Request using Reinitialize action

      I'd like to implement a triage system, as described in LDSD Designer manual, starting with a "Call" Process and then using the "Reinitialize" action to let the Analyst switch to an Incident or a Service Request. My workflow for the Call process is very simple:

       

      When I try to configure the destination process to switch to, I'm only presented with Processes under "Call"; I can't see any other process, i.e. Incident or Request

       

       

      Even using the Reinitialize from webaccess interface has the same limitation

       

      I'm only offered to switch to a different lyfecicle within the Call process, but not to a different process

       

      Can someone explain how to configure other destination processes, other than Call?
