There is an entry in the Release Notes from R2 that we have problems running HEAT Remote on Windows 7 with activated UAC
This only happens when the client does not have internet connection, because Windows cannot verify the certificate
A possible solution is to export the „COMODO RSA Certification Authority“ on any client with an internet connection and deploy it to all clients with a GPO
At the time we released R2 we did not know the reason for the issue, so we cannot provide the workaround in the Release Notes
Looks like this happened also in older DSM version
