I have been asked that two reports which currently get emailed to myself, get sent to an email enabled Security Group from within our Active Directory.
Any emails sent to this security group automatically create a job on our internal service desk (NOT LDSD).
Problem I am having is this.
I have added the security group using User Management -> Users and group -> LDAP://ourdomain but when looking at the Properties of the added user the email field is blank.
But Active Directory it shows the email field populated for the security group.
Is there any reason this would be happening? And is there a possible work around?
