Do you mean you are having a problem with Xtraction connecting to the database and reporting on the data, or you are having a problem with the Xtraction record lists launching into the specific LDMS/LDSD web pages?
If you are having problem with Xtraction connecting to the database and reporting on the data, the URLs have nothing to do with this.
Exactly what is the problem? Are there error messages?

I mean the URL for the Servicdesk und LDMS in the Datamodell Editor:
You need to update the <SERVICEDESKSERVER> to be the name of your Service Desk web server and the ServiceDesk.Integrated to be the Web Desk instance name preferably with integrated login.
You need to update <LDMSSERVER> to be the name of your LDMS Core server.
