I Created a shortcut process to Onboarding in web access based in Request Management and when I selected him, he don’t filled in my information like "request for"…. And this is what happens with the event manager and he assumed the system information.
any one can you help me.
Hi Bruno ,
if your concerns about why when you open the window for request is not shown automatically the raise user name ,,
this you can achieve it by setting the ( Copy rule ) ,, to populate the user name into the required field .
if you need help with the copy rules i can assist .

yes you have first to go to window manager and check the correct name for attribute ( Requested For ) ,, in properties
then Window manager :
set the target to :
or whatever the attribute name
and the source to :
set it ti ( always excute rule ) and overwrite ..
this means whenever you open a request it will take ( Current User ) to be the Raise User
Its already Works.
Your solution solved the problem, however whenever the request is sent from event manager, it assumes "system" when sending the correct user.
Do you have any idea what might be missing?

for sure it will be system ,, cause it will take it as current user !
what are trying to achieve using event manager !
I have a request triggered by SAP that in addition to a set of required information, sends the information that corresponds to Raise User only here fails this mapping.
Is there any way to resolve this?
can you provide screenshots for what are you trying to achieve
is it a new request and sent by event manager or its existed one !!
and you're sending info about the Raise User and it shown as 'System' or the Raise user in that ticket is set to System instead of the correct one !!
Thanks for your help.
I Have this event Manager configuration:
The SOAP Message:
<tem:Title>Employee On-Boarding for employee 12345 18 Julho 1</tem:Title>
<tem:Parameter1>John Doe</tem:Parameter1><!--Full name-->
<tem:Parameter5>Sample address which can be very long sometimes</tem:Parameter5><!--Office address-->
<tem:Parameter9>IT Technical Analyst</tem:Parameter9><!--Position/role description-->
<tem:Parameter10>Maria Santos</tem:Parameter10><!--Direct report name-->
<tem:Parameter12>IT Databases Middleware</tem:Parameter12><!--Cost center description-->
<tem:Parameter15>2750-123</tem:Parameter15><!--Office Postal Code-->
<tem:Parameter17>Information Technology</tem:Parameter17><!--Business Unit description-->
<tem:Parameter20>DiasT</tem:Parameter20><!--Raise user - should be an AD user for the integration-->
Like you see i receive from SAP ( ServiceBus Oracle ) this instruction
And the return is this:
if you need more information, please tell me
can i see screenshot from the copy rules you have made !
Hi Bruno ,,
if you are using event and when creating request
and you want to be the raise user to be the same user on ( Parameter 20 )
no need to set copy rule , just mentions this on mapping
cause the system always will enforce the copy rule ,
remove the copy rules for request and give it a try
Is the same... i remove all Copy Roles and the result is the same
Any more idea?
