get-apsinstance not recognized from the Server Configuration Portal

Hi, I've started a new installation for AMC and EM and while the installation completes successfully, when I open the Server Configuration Portal and click on the server name, I get the following message on the Detail pane

The term 'Get-ApsInstance' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

      See screenshot below

However, I'm able to perform these PowerShell commands from the PowerShell command prompt without issues. In fact I can fully configure the servers using PowerShell. Am I missing something?

I have replicated this on fresh and upgraded installs of both 10.1 FR1 and FR2

      Server specs are:

      Windows Server 2012 R2

      RAM 8GB

      Disk 80GB
