    Workspaces agent/application does not have a link to Web Desk or Self Service (Service Desk)

      Everyone here has been so helpful. I need your help once again. We have the Workspace application/agent installed on every Windows PC and I noticed that I don't see Web Desk or Self Service section but when I access the web-based version of Workspaces I see them both. Is it possible that I have to go to the Management Suite and check if it is set to have access to Service Desk.
