You need to have both workspaces linked together to be able to view Service Desk data in the LDMS Workspace App. The below article shall help you in the configurations. I suggest configuring it in a lab environment prior applying the changes into the production one:
Configuring Workspaces - Go to the "LANDESK Management Suite or Security Suite and LANDESK Service Desk" Section. Once everything is configured, You need to point the Workspace application to the new URL (Not LDMS Server) and it will work as you want.
