    Updating the customer field in Service Request through a prompt Quick Action

      Hi fellows


      Im trying to update the customer field in Service Request which is made non editable due to the fact that its tied to the various request templates through which Org Units they are published to. So I want to update just the  customer field without loosing the request template information. In trying to achieve this I created a picklist which I call though a update action quick action.

      When running the quick action in the from end to select the new customer to update the previous on i get the error below.



      Please assist
