    Reboot settings changes!

    jhedelin Apprentice

I have two different agent settings for reboot.

      1. Software Distribution - Reboot Settings (This one is default)

      2. Patch - Reboot settings (Windows Client)

When patching my clients i use the (Patch - Reboot Settings) the setting will reboot the client after 7 days and "Act as if reboot is ALWAYS needed".

This have worked just fine before, but for 2-3months the reboot dialogue disappear after a while.

After checking ldReboot.log i found that after patching is done vulscan sets correct reboot settings:

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:13 Final auto-reboot time: 2017-08-21 08:28:16

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26 Reboot later selected. Time 2017-08-14 11:18:26

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26 Running "C:\Program Files (x86)\LANDesk\LDClient\vulscan.exe" /snoozeReboot=1502702306 /offline

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26 *** HIDE ***

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26 Calculating auto-reboot time

Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26    Prompt is not visible

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26    AutoRbMaxTimeout (reboot deadline 604800 seconds): 2017-08-21 08:28:16

      Mon, 14 Aug 2017 10:18:26 Final auto-reboot time: 2017-08-21 08:28:16

But after a while the default reboot settings applies (Software Distribution - Reboot Settings) with setting "Act as if reboot is NEVER needed" and disables my patch reboot setting.
