DJOIN after Domain Join failed with unattended setup

On different location and different laptops we have the problem that the domain join with unattended setup failed.

Now I am look for a solution (powershell script) to join the laptop after it is gone to a workgroup.

At this moment my runtime service user is a domain user not the system user.

I changed the OS Configuration script to generate a powershell script on the laptop and execute it in the "Default Post OSAction Package"

Is this the right point of the installation chain or do I need to run it in another context?
