Wondering if anyone can assist,
Since switching to the new UI for Self Service i.e.- Self Service Mobile, I am unable to view published knowledge articles to the role - they are not appearing on the dashboard.
I have added a saved search (see screenshot) in my dashboard and content displays for every role except self service.
I have checked the following settings and am still having issues:
1) Permissions and publishing details in business object saved search
2) Checked roles and permissions - FRS_Knowledge is enabled
3) Checked 'Publish Knowledge article' settings in automation tools - this is fine too.
I'm running out of ideas besides cloning another role and starting again.
Can anyone please assist?
I would guess that the problem are the specific access permissions:
Most likely you have it limited to a specific collection or something else, please review there and let us know what do you see.
