    New service request button

      In the toolbar on the employee profile pages we have buttons for a new incident and a new Service request. These buttons run a Quick action. The incident action works and opens a new incident template that can be filled. The Service request action opens an empty template, but the information cannot be filled. How do I create a quick action to open a service request template?


      Here are the current settings for the UI Action:


      Scope: ObjectWorkspace

      Command id: New Object

      Confirmation: null

      Command Data: { 'ObjectType':'ServiceReq#', }
