    Manage Users and Support Groups from WebDesk via workflow?

      Any way to manage Users and the Support groups they belong to via web desk.  I want to give managers of these group the ability to add or remove analyst when ever they switch jobs or roles have changed.  Would like to make this as easy as possible for the managers. Right now the request are handled manually and would love for this to be automated.  Workflow?  We have LPM as well if that helps any Service Desk Version  = 10.3.0.95 Release 2016.3 Thanks
