    Can't find CIs


      Hello Support team,


      I created new Configurations Items, but i can't see it in  Administration/Service catalogue/Available CI's. Could you please tell me how could I make them visible on this list?

          Make sure to configure it the right way by adding all of the required information like the request template, request life-cycle, service catalogue details...etc. and you can compare it with the existing once to find if you have missed anything there.

          It will be good to provide a screenshot for that CI
