    BridgeIT breach level changing

      My current Incident process has a response level (breach) field.  As an analyst and using WebAccess, I can change this field at anytime (whether that makes sense is beyond this discussion).  I'm unable to change this field in BridgeIT.  Is this a bug?  Or a setting I'm missing?
