You can try clearing the application cache and then restart the services to see if that makes a difference.
- Login to AdminUI
- Go to Cache Maangement
- Remove all cache items
This is sometimes required after system upgrades, move and database restores also when odd stuff just happens it can fix it. Once complete the system will take a little longer to login whilst the cache rebuilds.
It may be worth checking when the clock starts/stops for each status in the Escalation Time settings for Incident.
