Am not sure if that can be done when you open window for incidents
but you can create collection for each CI to show the related incidents , and in the search bar after you search for that CI , you can see the last related incidents
in webdesk the collection informs the analyst directly when the field (e.g. Raiseuser, CI, a.s.o.) has been filled. In Workspaces it doesn't work...
I was in touch with Ivanti. Collections will be displayed after saving the incident.
I regret to tell you, that Ivanti doesn't know when this feature will work.
