As you point out, the Vulnerabilities Detected Count field is a 1 or 0 to signify found or not, but as the Vulnerability table has no link to a specific computer, that must signify found somewhere in the organisation, not per computer, so I don't think you should be summarising that field anyway. Those numbers in your pie chart would only be correct if each computer had a unique set of vulnerabilities detected. However, you want to filter on that summarised number, so I think you need a derived table with the count of ComputerVulnerablity records where Detected = 1.
I created mine like:

One of the LDMS consultants suggested that the derived table should be using the CVDetected table rather than ComputerVulnerability:
SELECT Computer_Idn, count(CVDetected_Idn) AS Vulnerabilities FROM CVDetected
GROUP BY Computer_Idn
