    Calculating when a ticket is changed to Closed


      Most of our request offerings were built using the "completed date" field to be when the person wants work to be completed by.  However, we want to report on when the ticket was completed (closed).  Is there an out of the box field in service requests that captures this? If not, is there a way to calculate and fill in a new field from the timestamp of Status changed to closed that I see in the audit history of tickets.
