Hi there, yes the queue entries are complete and initially we tried publishing to specific groups and roles. Still now luck.
you can rebuild your Service Catalog index manually if you want to. As in John's screenshot, open the Knowledge Management Administration, open the Building Settings and you should see two actions in the left upper corner. Rebuild the Service Catalog and wait a few minutes. Otherwise the index is rebuilt at 1am every day per default.

For some reason when I went to Object Designer > Configuration Management > Bundle object and checked, 'Is Knowneldgeable' was set to False. I set this to 'True' and updated it to Service Catalog type and it appeared.
