    Adding Note to Incident assigns the Incident to the user adding the Note




      Within our Incident Management process currently when a call is in open if we use a manual action called "Add Note" which does exactly that and adds a note as a collection item. But this will then assign the call to the person/ group who adds this note. However this should not actually be happening we just want the note to be added and the call to remain as the current assignment. There is no Assignment action after adding a Note - it simply loops back to the current status in the Process.


      How do we stop the Assignment after a note has been added?
