I am trying to customize the Self Service Mobile Home page to have a part which will have quick links to open an Incident or Submit a Service Request or View all my items.
I have been able to achieve this in the Self Service Portal as the Home page is a dashboard where a command list dashboard part can be used to configure this as shown below:
The Self Service Mobile instead has templates where I can only define one workspace and one command at a time i.e. open the Service Catalog (workspace) to create a service request (command) as shown below:
I have not been able to find a way of defining multiple commads in one template as is the case with a command list dashboard part where I could define multiple commands at the same time as shown below:
I don't know if someone here has been able to achieve this or something similar to this in the Self Service Mobile?
