We are experiencing an issue with XenApp 7.15 published applications through Storefront. The applications launch correctly, but when closing the published application, the Xenapp session ends up
in a disconnected state with Application State: "Application not running". The only way to close these is by forcibly logging them of from Citrix Studio or by GPO.
When we stop the Appsense agents on the Xenapp servers, the session closes automatically when we close the published application.
We have set all Appsense Citrix hook exceptions according to best practices...
Any ideas regarding this? We are using EM 10.1 FR1 with Windows 2016 and XenApp 7.15
