Assuming only one active Task per Incidents, what is the easiest way to include the the Task Team Manager Email in Incident Escalation Quick Actions?
Should work like this as an expression in your notification quick action:
$(ForEachChild("Incident#", RecId, "Task#Assignment.Rev3", "TeamManagerEmail + '; '"))
"TeamManagerEmail + '; '"))
I'm assuming i include the expression on the To: or CC: fields in the notification QA? That is what I have done and I get no value for the expression in the notification QA when the L1 or L2 escalation is true. See below.
