One of our Service Desk guys has accidentally deleted an employee record in HEAT and now I have a stuck ticket.
As it has no customer, the ticket cannot be closed or re-assigned.
Does anyone have an SQL query or something similar that I can run to remove the stuck ticket or assign it to someone?

We have a business rule to make it read only. Turn off if you have it also.
update the SR.
Turn back on.
also.. you might have to turn on Admin role to allow editing if the SR is in a final state. Check allow editing. make the change. Uncheck and save.
