    Automatically assign ticket on creation to specific users...

      Hi there,


      We have a team of 5 Service Desk users who currently will go in and take ownership of tickets that are assigned

      to their Support Group, can we set things up so that if the user is logged into Ivanti, those tickets will be automatically

      be assigned to the users in that Support Group on a rotation basis (i.e. if we had John, Paul, Lisa, Mark, Laura logged

      in, Ivanti would see the users as active and the tickets would be assigned automatically 1 at a time as they are created

      to each user in that order)
