Possibly unrelated, but could the fact that the time seems to be 6 months out of date be related?

Mark, I have a few questions and suggestions.
1. Is the issue user specific? If a different user logs into the machine, do you get the same error when you try and schedule a job?
2. Is this going through a terminal server session?
3. Is the machine set to get time from an internet provider? I wonder if the time being off is causing any issues. Maybe try setting it to use local time or point to a different internet time server.
4. Its possible that his account is messed up. You might want to try removing his account from the LANDesk Management Suite group on the core, deleting the account out of LANDesk, and then adding it back in.
Also run dbrepair.exe and clean up any corruption, and a coredbutil.exe /build components would not hurt.
Hope that helps!
