    Monitor outgoing email


      Hi all,


      I'm new here and would like to reach out for the following.


      We have an agreement with our customers mentioning we will update them through "outgoing email" every two hours if priority is "1" and every 4 hours if Priority is " 2" etc etc. How can I get these time stamps in a "saved search" which will allow me to add the search to a dashboard.

          There is an OOTB Incident saved search called "My Team's Incidents Breaching in the Next 24 Hours". This saved search displays Incidents breaching in the next 24 hours:



          You can check this saved search which could help you with what you are trying to achieve.
