    Changing the information the prints on a printed ticket.

      The OOB is printing information from fields on the printed Incident ticket that are not relevant.  We had custom fields setup during our configurations.  I need to be able to add those fields that I would like to print, and and remove those that are OOB, and not needed.  Any suggestions?  I'm new to the community, and HEAT SM, so be gental please.
